The Universe is always reflecting and manifesting the condition of our brain. Energy Medicine rapidly accelerates the process of healing. The techniques and processes clear out the imprints and neural maps at their roots so we don’t have to excavate them one by one. Today I am anxiety free. I have my moments like anyone else,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but now they pass quickly because I learned how to harness and command my emotional energy and stabilize positive emotions in my container. This same process of commanding emotional energy is the key to manifesting. If you hold the vision of it, feel it, and your body believes it, it is yours.
What did I learn from the kundalini rising experience? I learned that although I was all alone, trapped in my own worst nightmare, the Universe still heard me. It didn’t take long before the chemical began to accumulate in my tissues (although I was unaware this was happening). This chemical effect triggered an energetic response in me that began a long, horrifying journey through my own personal hell. In my professional practice I see many clients with anxiety/panic attacks and depression. Most people do not know worry is a form of self-destruction. It is commonly confused with an act of love. This is an error – bad information. Just as the chemicals of methamphetamine accumulate in the tissues, so do the chemicals of worry. Fear is fear.
Although the visions left and the voices were silenced, the anxiety remained and my job was to heal it. I spent the next 13 years submersed in study and spiritual practice. I was on a private quest to answer the question “what happened to me?” The memory of feeling that pure love radiate through me called to me every single day. I had to find it. I wanted it to be with me forever and was willing to do whatever it took to find it.
To explain this experience in the simplest terms, it began with high levels of dopamine, serotonin and norepinephrine being released into my system from the drug use. Norepinephrine triggers the fight-or-flight response. Being steeped in these chemicals over a period of time mimics the signals of death in the brain. My mind began to divide into sub-personalities. All of my deepest fears came forward (my unfinished business) from my unconscious mind and presented themselves to me at once. The voices of each of these became audible to me simultaneously. It seemed like hundreds of voices flooded my head - it could have been more. Some were very kind; others were horrible and said vicious words to me. Within weeks the voices were joined with visions and I was constantly terrified.
What happens when the body is steeped in these chemical memories over a period of time? The body memorizes the recipe and associates it (in the brain) with every life aspect we think of during the fear episodes. The body continues to repeat the chemical signature because the neural nets in the brain are bound - imagine of a ball of yarn tied in knots,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. The body then becomes addicted to the chemicals of fear which produce the feelings of anxiety .The “story” always leads back to the same chemical response and the anxiety starts again.

Always remember you were born to be free... and never, ever abandon yourself.
Through the grace of God I got a hold of a book called The I Am Discourses. Having never read a metaphysical book in my life, the contents made absolutely no sense to me. But somewhere deep inside me I knew the information in this book was going to save my life. So I read the book and practiced what it said. I read the book and read the book and read the book. 13 times I read the book. After 4 months of constant practice and prayer,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], in one eventful night, my kundalini energy rose up my spine and an enormous flood of pure love radiated through my heart and I was saved. The nightmare ended overnight and I was left broken and battered. I had to pick up all the pieces of myself that were scattered all over the Universe. It was a long haul.
Many years ago I found myself possessed by methamphetamine. Initially I was introduced to it by a friend. She told me that it would help to lose the weight I gained by birthing my baby. Since my early teens I had been experimenting with all sorts of different chemicals not knowing that unconsciously I was trying to regulate my chemistry. Meth made me feel powerful and focused and I was amazed at how much I could accomplish when I was using it.
This is the formula to unravel anxiety: We must have a perceptual shift. Often times if we have energetic binds (many associated beliefs which lead to feelings of deep fear) we will need to have multiple perceptual shifts.
As a little girl, after attending a Christian church,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I began to have nightmares. I was deeply afraid of “the devil” and had ongoing nightmares for many years. Now my nightmares were happening in the waking hours with my eyes open. I had suicidal thoughts regularly,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], constant anxiety and panic attacks,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and was always looking over my shoulder for the invisible evil that could steal my soul and take me away to be tortured for eternity. My biggest fear was even worse: I was terrified I would be institutionalized as a schizophrenic. I remember asking my boyfriend to please mercifully take me out if “they” ever came to get me.
What did I learn from methamphetamine? The bottom line is during that 4 month period, I was constantly steeped in the lowest vibrational feelings. My container was full of toxic feelings and my body filled with the chemicals of fear and despair. I was in a constant state of survival – flight or fight – in my brain.

Many people in recovery find themselves expected to attend family functions where the alcohol is still flowing freely. Those who are newly recovering should take extra care to not endanger their fragile sobriety in these family or other social circle events. The Fourth of July can be one's holiday of Independence. With planning ahead,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], recovery can be safeguarded by the pro-active decisions made.
If this is the first sober Fourth of July, it can mark a vulnerability to relapse. There are several holidays that are strongly associated with drinking. The Fourth of July is one. Many, if not most alcoholics and addicts grow up in families of origin where drinking was a part of the family culture and holidays were a golden opportunity to drink. Regardless of whether it was outdoor barbeques,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], community firework events, boating on the lake,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the beer coolers were out in full force.
Some suggestions for proactive decision making would involve identifying historical family or social patterns in Fourth of July events before the invitation is accepted. It is helpful to keep in mind that it is possible to say no to invitations that could endanger your recovery. It is also permissible to request that alcohol not be served. Many people feel too self-conscious to request that alcohol not be served,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], for fear of it being an imposition, or appearing inferior in the eyes of others. Such a request would only be viewed as a grave imposition if others in the social circle also have alcohol problems. It is very important to stay away from exposure to alcohol in early recovery.
